Create and communicate a long-term master facility plan to ensure safe, high-quality spaces that meet current and future needs in the district. |
4. Continue to optimize the benefits of the unit district structure, with special emphasis on grade level and school transitions, both vertical and horizontal articulation among the staff; curriculum alignment and positive district identity. |
