School Safety Drills

Students and staff at each of our schools participate in numerous safety drills each year.

RLAS-116 utilizes Standard Response Protocols, created by THE "I LOVE YOU GUYS" FOUNDATION. Our schools practice responses to a variety of safety incidents requiring a potential need to Hold, Secure, Lockdown, Evacuate, or Shelter.

Fire Drills

Students and staff exit the building at least three times per year to practice safe exit routes in case of a fire.

Tornado Drills

Students and staff participate in tornado drills at least twice per year. Safe locations within the building are identified for every area.
