9.10 - Extracurricular and Athletic Activities Code of Conduct

Extracurricular Activities
Round Lake Area Schools recognizes that student activities contribute to the development of leadership, well-being, self-realization, good citizenship and growth of all participants.

Co-Curricular activities are planned, organized and supervised activities conducted under the auspices of the district which primarily involve students in other than classroom situations. The purpose of the student activities program is four-fold:

  1. Contribute to the development of leadership, social well-being, self-realization and good citizenship.
  2. Contribute to the mental, physical and moral growth of students.
  3. Provide an outlet for student interest and abilities.
  4. Provide an opportunity for all students to be a part of the Round Lake family.

Information about specific school clubs and activities can be found on the respective school’s website.

The Athletic Code of Conduct can be found under the Quick Links section of the Round Lake High School Athletics website.
