I graduated from Illinois State University with my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Language Arts and Social Studies.  I later received my masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University with an additional endorsement in ESL teaching.  I have been lucky to have had the opportunity to work in different communities and classrooms throughout the area in both public and private schools.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.  I began working for Round Lake Area Schools in 2019!
