I graduated from Illinois State University in 1999 with a degree in Special Education for Deaf/Hard of Hearing.  I worked at a school in Chicago for three years teaching a self-contained class of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders.  I then attended Purdue University and graduated in 2004 with my Masters in School Counseling.  While at Purdue, I also taught two sections of an Intro to Education class each semester.  I have been a School Counselor at Round Lake High School since the 2005-2006 school year.
