Hi! My name is Katie Sterbenz, I am a 1st-grade teacher and I am excited to be teaching at Beach Elementary School!

I got my elementary education degree at Eastern Illinois University and have been teaching here at Beach for six years. I have a master's degree in educational technology with curriculum and instruction.

Personally, in my free time, I enjoy crocheting, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
