My name is Katherine Zavala and this is my second year teaching Math at Round Lake Middle School. Currently, I co-teach 6th and 8th grade Math. I also have one shelter 6th grade class. My focus is to support and advocate for the ENL students. Before becoming a teacher, I was a teacher assistant at Beach Elementary School for 2 years and at RLMS for 6 years.  I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and exploring nature.
