I have been a teacher at Round Lake Area Schools since 2007. It only seems like yesterday that I started, but things have changed a lot during that time as I have taught grades K-5 and multi-aged classrooms. Every day is different in my role as a math interventionist and it is never boring! I love working with children and challenging them to be the best they can be. After graduating college, I cracked the books again to complete my Masters degree and then on for more education to receive a certificate to teach English language learners.  More than anything though, it is the seeing the success of every child that makes my job as a teacher such a rewarding one.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons, reading, cooking, and jogging.
