Shawn Pitts has been in the education field since 2014. His first year of teaching was spent as a Middle School ELA/Social Studies teacher in Milwaukee. From 2015/16-2016/17 school years, he was a paraprofessional working as a one-on-one with special needs students. During the 2017/18 school year, he moved onto an Alternative School to teach Middle School ELA/Social Studies. Since 2018 he has been a part of the Round Lake family as a Special Education teacher. Mr. Pitts received his bachelor's degree in Secondary Education/Social Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He went on to gain his master's degree in Special Education from Concordia University-Chicago in 2018. Some of his interests are coaching Football and Boys' Volleyball.
