Mrs. Kristin Lilla

Kristin Lilla began her educational career by loving being a student!  She attended St. Francis High School in Wheaton, earned her Bachelor's Degree from Illinois State University, and her Master's Degree from Cardinal Stritch University.  Professionally, Mrs. Lilla began her career at Round Lake High School as a student teacher, fell in love with the school, and decided to never leave!  In fact, she spent the first nine years of her career teaching special education and the last four in the English Department.  In addition to her love for teaching, she also loves coaching and is currently the Head Girls' Track Coach.  In both facets, life lessons abound!

As an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears fan, she lives in angst amongst Cub and Packer fans in Wisconsin.  Luckly, she has her husband and four-year-old son Levon to distract her when the teams suffer losing seasons.  Collectively, Mrs. Lilla is a life-long learner, and more importantly, a self-professed nerd.  However, if you need more proof, spell the name of her son backwards. :)
