Mrs. Kosharko received her undergraduate degree in English from Northern Illinois University in 2006 and spent the first two years of her teaching career in a seventh grade Language Arts classroom. Always wanting to work with high school students, she got her "big break" in 2008 and became a Panther. She remained loyal to NIU and received her graduate degree in reading in 2010. 

She has two great loves in her life: her family and the Blackhawks. And although she does not enjoy driving, she spends over 150 minutes a day behind the wheel traveling between her beloved home and her beloved RLHS home. Her two small children and her four classrooms of "children" give her the daily drive to live out her passion as a teacher.
