Hello!

My name is Katy Christensen, and I am a 2nd grade teacher at Beach Elementary School. 

I recieved my elementary education degree with endorsements in social science and language arts from Eastern Illinois University in 2015. This will be my 3rd year at Beach, but my 4th year teaching! I have taught 4th grade social studies and science for the past 2 years, and taught in a 6th grade classroom prior to coming to Beach.

In my free time, I love to read, travel, play with my dog, and spend time with my family and friends.
