E-Learning Guidelines

During an E-Learning Day, preschool instruction will be conducted asynchronously. Families will receive communication of activities or expectations through ClassDojo. The goal is to maintain meaningful engagement between families and staff while providing developmentally appropriate learning opportunities for students at home.

Attendance for preschool students on an E-Learning Day will be based on family engagement and verification of participation in assigned learning activities.

Students will receive paper packets that are connected to current classroom instruction and provide opportunities for students to practice what they have learned.

Attendance will be taken based on the return of the packets within one week of the E-Learning Day.

On planned E-learning days, staff and students will participate in asynchronous learning activities on Canvas. Attendance will be taken based on the completion of work in Canvas.
