Our mentor program provides professional growth for new teachers in a collegial, non-judgmental environment. We empower new teachers to provide the best learning experience for their students by combining their passion for teaching with researched-based professional development. All new teachers receive 1:1 mentoring support for two years to ensure they have a strong foundation to become the teacher they want to be!
