How to Get to Our Office

Starting in February 2024, Human Resources is temporarily located at Round Lake Beach Village Hall, 1937 North Municipal Way, Round Lake Beach, IL 60073. We are located downstairs at the front of the building- straight ahead when you exit the staircase. It’s the last door on the left once you exit the staircase. Our office is accessible from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., but appointments are required.

 

EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATIONS / FAITH'S LAW

We are dedicated to protecting our employees’ information. For this reason, we use VERIFENT to confirm verification of employment and/or verification of income (VOE/VOI) requests are legitimate, and a valid permissible purpose exists as defined by the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT (FCRA). Verifiers seeking employment and/or income information for our employees must submit VOE/VOI requests through Verifent. 

Faith's Law Employment History Review forms must also be submitted through Verifent. Requesting organizations cannot submit these forms themselves but must instead have the former RLAS-116 employee submit the request using the instructions here: EXPERIENCE VERIFICATIONS- FAITH'S LAW EMPLOYMENT HISTORY REVIEW & SELF-DISCLOSURE FORM

To Submit a Request (non-Faith's Law):

  1. Log in at HTTPS://WWW.VERIFENT.COM/LOG-IN. Please note that new Verifent users will need to register and create an account before proceeding.
  2. When prompted, enter our unique organization code: FE43A7.  
  3. Please be prepared to provide the employee’s date of birth and last four digits of the Social Security Number.
