RLAS-116 is made up of a preschool, a kindergarten, five elementary schools, two middle schools, a high school, and a transition center.
We are fortunate to have the opportunity to serve around 6,800 students in grades PK-12. Our students have a great advantage in that the District is quite diverse, offering them experiences not found in other places!
RLAS-116 currently employs approximately 1,000 outstanding and dedicated staff members.

The table below shows the 2024-25 total compensation and benefits package for a new teacher. Dollar amounts for Sick Leave, Personal Leave, and Attendance Bonus would change based on an employee's salary.

Classified staff such as teaching assistants, secretaries, bus drivers, and custodians are eligible for the same district-paid and voluntary benefits as teachers who work the same number of days per year.
