Teachers at Round Lake Middle School are arranged by teams, with each team composed of a Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies teacher. These teams meet daily to coordinate programs and discuss students with regard to their academic progress. Exploratory and Physical Education/Health teachers are also assigned to teams and visit other team conferences when necessary. Our theme at Round Lake Middle School is preparing students for the rigor of college today. There is more education to follow after a student graduates high school. All staff is supportive of this initiative, and you will find that teachers have taken on a college mascot to represent their team.
