The Library Media Center’s Goal is to:
Provide a pleasant environment for the pursuit of both educational and personal growth. Provide materials and reference services for the completion of class assignments, research projects, homework and reading for leisure.
Provide all students and faculty members with a place to study, read, select books, and use the technology available.
Student Library Hours are 8:55 A.M. - 3:16 P.M
"Getting Familiar With Books" Awards
The Rebecca Caudill Young Readers' Book Award
The award was developed to encourage children and young adults to read for personal satisfaction. It is an Illinois award for outstanding literature for young people and voted by young people in grades fourth through eighth. It is sponsored by the Illinois Reading Council, the Illinois School Library Media Association, and the Illinois Association of Teachers of English.
