September Super Wildcats 2012
September Super Wildcat Pride 6 Bulldogs Christopher Sanabria - He is very respectful and is always willing to hold the door open when coming in and out of the mobile. He’s been counting how many times he holds the door open for the past few school years and it up to 300 plus times he’s held the door open! He shows that he is responsible because he comes to class prepared and ready to learn. He shows he’s safe by following all the school and classroom rules. Stacy Vega - She shows that she is respectful by always including her classmates in class discussions and encourages others around her to speak up. She shows she is responsible by leading group discussions, volunteering to help those around her and always prepared. She shows that she is safe by always following instructions the first time they are given. 6 Illini Cris Maravilla Responsibility- Cris has his work turned in on time and frequently checks to be sure his is not missing anything. Cris is always prepared for class. Respect- Cris is always very polite to other students and adults. He is a good friend to others & with a smile on his face, often asks classmates and teachers how their day has been. Safety-Cris follows procedures during science labs carefully. He always moves around the building & his classrooms in a safe manner. Neleana Cervantes Responsibility – Nelly has always turned her work in on time and has even worked ahead in her classes to make sure that she achieves excellent grades. She comes prepared for class and helps other students. Respect – Nelly shows respect for others by following all the expectations set for the students and helping others when they need it. She comes to class with a smile on her face and is always in a positive mood. Safety – Nelly follows all of the safety expectations in all areas of the school. She sets the example for other students to follow in her science labs and reminds students that they need to focus on keeping each other and themselves safe. 7 Gators Cecilia Zuniga - She is hardworking, dependable, involved, will help anyone who is in need, and shows good character! Lincoln Carter - He is friendly, always includes others, positive, helpful and will always go the extra mile. 7 Spiders Abby Hernandez - Abby is very helpful in class. She assists other students in class and the teacher, yet does not expect any type of reward for it. Oscar Sanchez - Oscar is an overall great student. He exemplifies the three pillars of resect, responsibility and safety. 8 Boilermakers Nevyn Neal - Nevyn is always finding ways to challenge his teachers. He is enthusiastic about learning about the world we live in, enjoys being challenged and is quick to volunteer his ideas during class discussions. Natalie Nunez - Natalie is an extremely conscientious and diligent student who always puts forth more effort than what an assignment calls for. She also is a voracious reader who continually seeks out new genres to read. 8 Lobos Samuel Macin - Samuel is a hard worker and a good role model. He is responsible and respectful. Bao Trieu (Hope) Pham - Hope is a very respectful student. She is a hard worker who wants to be successful in school. Hope is a great student and person.

6th Illini Julie Gamio Safe- Follows all expectations and listens to all directions. Responsible-Always has her work, comes prepared, volunteers to help. Respect-Set a great example for the other students, helps others, and is aware of others feelings Curtis Wilson Safe-Follows all directions, stays seated. Responsible-Completes work, is prepared for class, and takes responsibility for all actions. He respects others opinions. He helps other students without being asked. 6-Bulldogs Leticia Avila Leticia brings her best effort and attitude to class everyday and she brings out the best in her classmates. Daniela Martinez Daniela was picked as our teams Super Wildcat because she is a great role model for her fellow students. Daniela has great attendance record, is always prepared and ready to learn, turns in her work on time, takes the initiate to come in for help or to study for upcoming tests, and participates frequently during class. Daniela is always wearing a smile on her face, and it brightens up the day of everyone around her! 7-Gators Miguel Vences He is involved in multiple activities and still tries to find ways to help. Victoria Pena Positive role modeled who is involved. She takes initiative when it comes to her education. 7-Spiders Salvador Tejeda Very respectful, polite, well prepared for class. Arrives to class on time and participates in class activities. Vanessa Castro Respectful, well prepared, wonderful attitude. Consistently smiling. Good academic performance. 8-Lobos Mayte Leon Myrrh Cages Myrrh is a self-motivated and an extremely hard worker. He is a role model for others and is an exceptional student. 8-Boilermakers Daniel Banh Daniel is an extraordinary student. He always does his best in class, is an avid reader and a good sport. He is not afraid to volunteer to act in the cool tools, and adds great humor to them. He is very respectful and will help fellow students without any prompting. Esmeralda Mendoza Esmeralda goes out of her way to do her best academically. She is always trying to expand her knowledge by reading various genres, and will take the initiative to learn any background necessary to achieve mastery of a subject. She is very respectful and polite, simply put she is a joy to have in the classroom. - Mayte is a hard worker and very responsible. She takes pride in being a successful student. Great job Mayte!!


November Super Wildcats
November Super Wildcats *6 Bulldogs* Paola Sanchez Vital is most definitely a Super wildcat. She sets a good example for all of us at RLMS. Responsible - Paola puts a lot of effort into keeping organized, getting her work done on time and makes sure she understands what she needs to do. Respectful - Paolo is kind to her peers and teachers in the classroom and throughout the school. Safe - Paola is a terrific classmate and partner. She is helpful and supportive of others and contributes to a safe and positive learning environment. Paola Rodriguez is definitely a Super wildcat! Jasmine Puente is our Super Wildcat for November! Jasmine shows she is responsible because she always lets us know when she has to go to band and gets her make-up work. Her work is always completed to standards and is neat. She is respectful to her peers and all adults. She talks kindly to everyone. She is safe because she consistently follows all classroom and school rules. We are proud of you, Jaz! *6 Illini* Haley Portillo Respectful - Haley models the expectations set by the school by always being respectful towards teachers, peers, and others in the building. She is always willing to help out other students and listens to all instructions and announcements. She does this every day with a smile on her face. Responsible - Haley always turns in her assignments on time in all her classes. She raises her hand when she has questions, brings all necessary supplies to class, and steps in to help other students when they are in need. Safe - Haley follows all lab rules when working in science classes, is patient in the crowded hallways, and walks from one busy location to another rather than running. She is attentive to al instructions and rules and alerts other students when they are at risk for breaking a rule. And again, she does all this with a smile. Brandon Garcia Respectful by helping his peers and listening to his teachers. Responsible for his learning by asking questions, coming to morning mentoring and showing up prepared to class. Brandon is safe because he follows all lab rules and all expectations set by the school. *7 Gators* Courtney Bradac- She is always kind and respectful. Courtney is hard work and doesn’t make excuses. Any student or staff member can count on this super wildcat. We are proud to have her as a gator! Francisco Macias- There has not been one day when Francisco has not shown exemplary character. His bright smile and work ethic are way above the line and we are so proud of him every day. Francisco is a top gator!! *7 Spiders* Ashley Frazier: Respectful, always smiling, balances extra curricular activities and high academic performance Michael Arteaga: Member of basketball team, maintains high academic performance *8 Lobos* Leslie Vargas – Leslie is a great role model for students at RLMS. She is a great mentor and leader. Leslie personifies what it is to be a good person and hard worker. 8 Lobos are so proud of her and everything she has accomplished and will accomplish in her future. Congrats!!! Daniel Flores – Daniel is very self-motivated. He works hard and wants to be successful. Daniel is an all-around good person. Congrats!! *8 Boilermakers* Maria Vaszquez - If ever there is a student who sets the bar high, it is Maria. She continually strives to do her utmost best, always asks questions to clarify an assignment, and goes over and beyond the requirements, resulting in high quality work. Daniel Szewczyk (pronounced Shef-chick) - Daniel is a polite and hard working student. He is eager to learn and enjoys investigating all parts of a concept. He is a student who values the importance of learning from his academic mistakes.

December Super Wildcats 6 Illini *Dwayne Hutter* – Dwayne is a very helpful and kind student. He will volunteer to help people when they are absent or have trouble. He always is very polite to his teachers. *Paola Morales* – Paola is very helpful and always asks her teachers if she can help them with anything. She is conscientious of work and always tries to correct assignments to do her best. 6 Bulldogs *Albert Torres* - Safe: Albert is always very observant, and aware of what is happening around him. He never runs, and always allows others to pass first. Responsible: Always comes to class on time, and with all his materials. Respectful: Always addresses teacher & students with courtesy, he raises his hand and patiently waits his turn. *Billy Macnamara* - Safe: Billy always follows school rules and is very patient with others. Responsible: Billy always has his homework, has never come to class unprepared and always follows directions. Respectful: I have never heard Billy say one negative word to his peers or adults. He understands and displays respect for others. 7 Gators *Veronica Lopez-* Veronica is hardworking and shows good character. She is responsible and caring. *Anthony Minjares-* Anthony strives to do his best. He is extremely helpful to students and staff. He exemplifies a Super Wildcat. 7 Spiders *Jonathan Vera-* Jonathan is a wonderful young man. He works hard and is very conscientious. He is a role model for other students. *Emily Gilbert* - Emily is a role model for other students. She is very friendly and polite. She works very hard at being a great student. 8 Boilermakers *Areeba Aziz-* Areeba is a student who always has a smile on her face. Her dedication to her academics is inspiring, and she is not afraid to ask questions and always does her best. She is a stellar role model, very active in school and is always respectful to adults and fellow students alike. *Paul Lew* – Not only is Paul a student who is very respectful and takes his academics seriously, but he is also is a true role model and talented actor. He welcomes challenges, is very active in the school and is always willing to give a helping hand. 8 Lobos *Elizabeth Larson* – responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, took initiative to lead her homeroom in making holiday cards for a nearby children’s hospital *Leo Perez* – gives 110% everyday, awesome attendance record, makes school a priority, shows GREAT character every day and in everyway


January Super Wildcats
JANUARY SUPER WILDCATS 6th Bulldogs Kasandra Moreno is always on time, speaks respectfully, helps others, and has her work done on time. Juan Tamayo is an extraordinary student! He is consistently responsible with his work and time. He mentors a 2nd grader at Indian Hill twice a week. He is respectful with his peers and adults in the building. He has a great sense of humor and gets along well with others. Juan follows all classroom and school rules. 6 Illini We are proud to name Eduardo Sanchez as our Illini January Wildcat of the Month. Eduardo is a very responsible student, who works very hard and uses his time wisely in class. Eduardo is extremely respectful to others, both adults & classmates. While seemingly quiet, Eduardo always has kind and polite words to share with others. He is often the first to volunteer if there is a job to do in the classroom; even better, he usually is happy to help without being asked. Eduardo is safe in his actions & words at school, following all school rules to ensure that RLMS is a safe place for everyone to learn and have fun. Emily Morales shows respect, responsibility and safety in everything she does. She shows responsibility by always having her work done on time. She always has her own supplies as well as an extra pencil or pen she will gladly lend to another student. She shows both respect and responsibility by offering to help other students with their work. She is a hard worker and many times will complete her work early, when that happens she is more than happy to help anyone with their work. She exhibits safety by being careful in the classroom, not running or raising her voice. These three attributes carry through no matter if she is in the cafeteria, gym, hallways or classroom. We are proud that Emily Morales is a Super Wildcat! 7 Spiders Emily Ibarra - Emily is an amazing student. She works hard in class, actively participates in classroom activities and helps others. Emily is a model student as she in on-task at all times. Tyson Franklin - Tyson is a very polite, outgoing young man. He works hard in class and is very engaged in activities within the classroom. 7 Gators Andrea Morales – Andrea is an upstander. She is polite, responsible, and respectful of the people around her. Andrea always strives to do her best! Alexis Ocampo- Alexis has a great personality and gets along well with his peers. He performs to the best of his ability in the classroom and follows the school’s expectations. 8 Boilermakers Tyler Brooks - Tyler has a work ethic like no other. He always tries his best, and is a positive addition to any classroom. He is always in a happy-go-lucky mood, always respectful to his teachers and classmates, and always is willing to give a helping hand to anyone who needs it. Ruby Guevara - Ruby is an outgoing student who always has a smile on her face. She is a talented writer, has an enormous amount of school spirit, and a stellar attitude towards her academics. Her eagerness to learn about the world she lives in is an inspiration to everyone. 8 Lobos Andrea Escobar: Andrea is a hard worker. She is very responsible and takes pride in her school work. Andrea is helpful and is an all-around awesome person and student. We are so proud of her. Kayne Jones: Kayne is a very helpful student. He participates in all of his classes and does great work. Good job, Kayne.


February Super Wildcats
FEBRUARY SUPER WILDCATS 6- Illini Lakyra Bland - Respectful – Lakyra is always very kind and helpful to other students. I know that I can count on her to help other students or subs when I was out for Lesson Study. Responsible – Lakyra does very well in school. Her grades are always very good. She makes sure to ask questions for understanding and to ensure she has no missing or poorly done work. Safe – Lakrya never has any behavior problems at all. She does her work and is careful during labs. She helps to clean up and make sure everything is safe. Diego Martinez - Respectful-Diego treats all students and all staff like they are family. Responsible-Diego always comes to class with all of his work and materials. He also is willing to share with others to help them out. Safe-Diego never has any issues with other students and follows all expectations while in the building. 6-Bulldogs Evelyn Rangel - Evelyn is consistently respectful toward adults and her peers. Her approach to school displays tremendous responsibility and a concern for others. Kevon Elzey - Kevon is extremely responsible and shows this by always making sure the work he turns in is quality. He advocates for other students when they need help and shows respect by always willing to help others. Kevin is involved in sports, student council and pep club. He follows school rules and is always respectful to teachers and peers. 7-Gators Jordin Williams- She is hard working, always willing to help others. She is a good role model for others. Michael Millan-Gutierrez- He gets along well with his peers and the staff, hardworking, dependable and shows good character at all times. 7-Spiders Ahitza Guerrero - Ahitza if is wonderful young lady. She is always smiling and is polite and helpful. She performs at a high level academically and is involved in many activities here at RLMS. Ahitza is a person you can count on to do the right things all the time. Ruben Pacheco - Ruben is a very helpful and polite young man. He is involved in many activities here at RLMS. He has a very strong work ethic which allows him to perform at a high level academically. 8-Boilermakers Silvano Macias - Silvano is a model student. He always does his best and studies for tests. He is polite and enjoys to draw and read. He is a tremendous asset to our wrestling team, and is a true Super Wildcat. Analeidi Barrera - While soft spoken in class, Analeidi's diligence and effort speaks loudly throughout her work. She is not afraid to ask for help, always does her best and is eager to find the next great novel to devour 8-Lobos Yulissa Dejesus: Yulissa is a hard worker. She has a great personality and is always willing to help others. Yulissa cares about school and wants to be successful. We are so proud of her. Julio Betancourt: Julio is very respectful to teachers and students. He is helpful, caring, and is a hard worker. Julio is a great role model for other students. Great job, Julio.
