My name is Kelly DeBoeuf and this is my third year at Ellis! I feel honored to be part of the Round Lake District and the amazing team at Ellis. I came to Round Lake from a non-profit day school for autism and behavioral disorders, where I spent almost six years. I received my BA from Carthage College in exercise sport and science with a minor in psychology and then went back for my MA in Special Education at National Louis University. I will be attending graduate school this year to continue my education in behavioral related fields.
When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy playing competitive soccer and spending time with my husband and our two adopted dogs, Cooper and Liberty. We enjoy boating and being by the water.
In my classroom we strive for success everyday. I believe that EVERY student has the ability within to grow and succeed, whatever that may look like. Every student can and will learn. Please feel free to contact me at the above information at any time! I will always get to back to you as soon as I can.
