            Identify, investigate and demonstrate both simple and complex circuits.

Indicator 1: Manipulate routine, multi-step problems for Ohm’s Law (Chapter 34)

Indicator 3: Use context cues to identify the meaning of key vocabulary terms (Chpt 34 & 35)

Indicator 4: Construct various types of circuits from a schematic and measure its properties. (Chapter 35)

 

            Recognize and describe electromagnetic interactions.

Indicator 1: Manipulate routine, multi-step problems for magnetism (Chapter 36)

                        Indicator 2: Organize, represent and interpret data using graphs and vectors.

Indicator 3: Use context cues to identify the meaning of key vocabulary terms (Chpt 36 & 37)

Indicator 4: Apply the role of electromagnetic induction (Chapter 36 & 37)

  

Unit 5 Waves

Students will be able to recognize and demonstrate an understanding of wave properties and their behaviors.

             Describe gravitational effects upon everything in the universe.
