Dear Indian Hill Elementary School and Community,

 

Greetings! I am happy to announce that I have been selected as the new principal of Indian Hill Elementary School for the 2008-09 school year. Just to briefly tell you about myself, I have been a school principal in three separate buildings within the private and public school sector for 22 years. It includes being the principal of Avon Elementary School in Round Lake Beach for eight years from the 1998-99 school year through 2006. 

 

I will make it a top priority to have good relationships with the students, parents, staff, and the entire community of Round Lake. It is my desire to get to know you in the coming months. In order to get started, I will be meeting with members of the instructional staff, leaders from the PTO, and other school district personnel to learn more about the school and current best practices. As a school principal, I have a passion for helping all students grow and learn.   I am excited to work with all stakeholders on continuous improvement efforts to move Indian Hill School forward to the next level.

 

Please know that my door will always be open for you to come and visit. I will be available beginning July 21 in the school office and I’d love to have you stop by to introduce yourself. I hope you and your family have a pleasant and healthy summer and I look forward to meeting you soon.
