Reminder:
All students in k, 6th, 9th, and new to district must have a current physical and immunizations form on file by 10/15/10. The form must be the new state form that is 2-sided. For further information stop by the health office at your child’s school or call the health assistant.
Also, a proof of dental exam, required for students in kindergarten and grades 2 and 6, is due by May 15.
