How to Participate in Board Meetings

A detailed Board meeting agenda is available at the door or may be viewed in advance by accessing the online Board meeting packet

Time is provided for audience members to make community announcements or address topics on the agenda during the "Public Comment" section of the meeting.  After being recognized to speak, you will be asked to state your name and address before making your comments.  Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes.
