Cooking with Round Lake Transition 7th Edition

It was a flurry of sweets in the kitchen of Round Lake Transition Center this week. 

One group of students made brownies from a box mix. They were able to work together and follow the directions on the box in order to make a delicious treat. After the brownies came out of the oven, the students put frosting on top before they were able to enjoy them. 

The other group of students made some Halloween cupcakes. They took several cake mixes and made a variety of cupcakes. There were yellow, chocolate and pumpkin spice cupcakes. After they came out of the oven, the students frosted them with buttercream, chocolate and pumpkin frosting along with using smashed oreo cookies, candies, items from a decorating kit to top them. 

From brownies to spooky cupcakes, everyone was in a festive mood to celebrate Halloween with some sweet treats.
