Cooking with Round Lake Transition 3rd Edition

It was healthy eating as well as breakfast foods that the Round Lake Transition students made this week.

The students learned how to make a salad with a homemade vingarette. The students were able to take the lead and make something that was healthy and tasty!

Another group of students made breakfast foods. Some of the dishes on the menu included egg mcmuffin sandwiches and biscuits and gravy. The Egg McMuffin sandwiches involved cooking an egg in the top of a mason jar to give it that perfect circle to fit on the english muffin. Meanwhile the biscuits and gravy were made with homemade gravy to give it an extra little kick.

From salads to breakfast foods, the transition students are showing off their wide range of cooking skills.
