Last year the Round Lake Transition Center held their annual picnic to wrap up the year. It was a great event to end the year as students and staff were able to play games, listen to music provided by a student who was a DJ and enjoy a barbecue of food that the students had prepared for everybody.
New students and staff throughout the district attended as there were 45 people who attended the picnic. Another highlight of the picnic was students who would be attending starting in 2017 able to mingle with their future classmates.
Finally, we said goodbye to two students at Round Lake Transition who are moving on to bigger and better things! We wish Jose and Saria luck and great success in their future endeavors and know that they will climb to great heights and make us proud!
